After years in hospitality, I realized my favorite part wasn’t just working the event — it was dreaming it up. The theme. The drinks. The tiny details. The interactive moments. The stuff that makes people walk in and immediately know they’re somewhere special.

BAIA grew from that obsession: creating events that feel personal, intentional, a little unexpected and actually fun. Whether it’s an intimate celebration, a packed themed event, a fundraiser or an experience for a local business, I’m here to take the idea in your head and turn it into something people talk about afterward.
